Official show hosted under reciprocal agreements and welfare contributions

“Is an official show hosted under reciprocal agreements between France and China exempted from welfare contributions?”
The fact that the show is hosted in France as part of cultural seasons in France or under cooperation agreements has no effect on welfare contributions.
Exemption from certain welfare contributions is only possible under community regulations and bilateral agreements on social security (see Foreign artist seconded to France under a sales contract entered into with an entertainment promoter based abroad and Foreign artist hired by a company based in France ).
