Yes, there is a scale of travel expenses for foreign countries and the French overseas departments and territories.
The figures are regularly adjusted. These scales are available per country on the site of the Ministry of Economy, Finance and Industry (www.minefe.gouv.fr) , in the “International”, “Figures”, “Services - Travel expenses” sections.
