Claiming the paid leave benefit from the French entertainment industry paid leave fund

You should advise your foreign artists that in order to claim these benefits they should apply to the French entertainment industry paid leave fund in April (using the form supplied by the fund) along with the certificates you need to supply.
In principle, it is up to the artists and technicians to apply, in the same way as for artists or technicians residing in France.

However, certain entities based in France do this on behalf of the foreign artists and technicians they hire.
In such cases, this presupposes that the artists (or technicians) have signed a proxy empowering the French entity to claim and collect their paid leave benefits on their behalf.
