European artists and E101 forms (secondment), where can we get information?
“A cultural association in France has asked me to give two training courses this summer and requires me to supply an E101 form. (I currently reside in Switzerland, where I am considered as BOTH retired AND a self-employed person. I have been a voice coach for actors and singers for a long time.) Could you tell me where I can get some information? Many thanks”
A great deal of information on community regulations, forms (etc.) is available on the CLEISS site.
In particular, it gives the addresses of the relevant organizations in your country with regard to secondment (sections “Documents”, then “Liaison and other useful organizations”).
These organizations are allowed to issue you with an E101 form.
The relevant organization in Switzerland is your local Caisse de compensation de l'assurance vieillesse, survivants et invalidité.
For information on your rights (etc.), you will find the addresses of all sites on Europe in our Useful links section.
